Seeking Growth Expert for Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategy

We're a growing startup currently launching paid social, and we want to make sure we have a strategy in place to make the best use of our budget and maximize our growth.

What we need help with:
-How to maximize our budget from a strategy perspective
-How to execute that strategy from a tactical perspective (e.g. our team is able to handle ongoing execution but needs guidance on how to best test, advertise, and measure results on the platforms we're targeting)
-Audience targeting (& especially how to test and discover whether we're reaching the right audience)
-Setting up reporting & best practices re: adapting as we see results

We're looking for someone tactical, comfortable coaching clients on these skills, and with a strong track record of delivering results for consumer brands.
