Project Description

Federation University Tender reference number: RFT 2019-24
FedUni Gippsland Campus South Residence buildings 2, 3,& 4 are in need of an upgrade. The existing bathrooms, toilets and laundry’s are as originally built in 1976 and whilst they have been well maintained, an upgrade is required to bring them up to contemporary standards. The works will include the refurbishment of existing toilet, washroom, shower & laundry area, inclusive of fittings and fixtures. The existing extraction system will also be directed outside of the building.
Commencement date : 04/11/2019

Practical Completion :20/03/2020
