The course is designed to encourage women to explore various trades based on experiential learning as far as is practical and safe, depending on their skill set. Learners are introduced to a range of trade and manufacturing roles including: automotive, carpentry, brickwork and other local industries. Learners are encouraged to select the trade of their choice and to explore a pathway to work and potentially further study.
