Wombarra’s Leadership Enrichment Program (LEP)

Wombarra’s LEP is a unique, enriching program that provides leaders with a range of soft skills and technical tools essential for a contemporary leader to survive and thrive.

This 3 1/2 day program delivered over a four week period provides participants with time for reflection after each program day, giving them a week to cement the learnings before the next session.

We are incredibly proud of our LEP program.  It provides participants with wonderful new business tools and templates to make their business role more effective, and also takes them on a deep dive into the concept of leadership and what it means to be a leader.

Most importantly is the component on self-care.  As leaders today, we are continually asked to do more with less.  The expectations and demands grow higher whilst the resources continue to deplete – both financial and human.

So how can we possibly be great leaders? How can we excel and earn the respect of our teams whilst keeping our head above water in this challenging space?

Wombarra’s objective of the LEP is to awaken the full leadership potential of participants and increase the presence of human centred, values based leaders in the community, committed to contemporary and ethical leadership practice.
