Producing unique regional farmhouse cheeses, handcrafted using milk from the on-site sheep dairy and local cow's milk. The seasonal range includes soft, marinated, blue and hard cheeses with an emphasis on flavor. Products are available to wholesale customers and also through the farm cellar door, where cheeses are showcased in a local menu with homebaked bread, lamb and honey. This diverse agritourism business welcomes visitors on weekends, and tour groups by appointment who can view the cheesemaking process and discover how sheep are milked from hosts Burke & Bronwyn.
