I am an Emotion Focussed Therapist, specialising in Couple Therapy. I also see individuals. I help couples understand why their relationship is stuck and in distress. Couples experience, frustration, anger, loneliness and feel helpless in how to fix their problems. They long to feel closer to each other and find their way towards a more secure relationship with their Partner. This work is difficult at times and challenging but does reap big rewards.
