Biography

I'm a swiftwater safety instructor-trainer, and a Licensed Tour Operator for rafting on the Mitta Mitta. I built an award-winning off-grid home powered by micro-hydro on the Bundara river in Anglers Rest. I'm president of Friends of the Mitta, a group dedicated to helping the local river environment and paddling community. I also row wooden boats on the Colorado river in the Grand Canyon, and rafts on the Middle Fork of the Salmon River in Idaho a few months a year.
