Project Description

Federation University Australia is seeking to engage a reputable, capable and experienced contractor capable of delivering Garden maintenance services at various campuses across the University.

Federation University require contract services across numerous campuses and residences for gardens and grounds maintenance.

The campuses include Gippsland, Berwick, Ballarat, Ararat, Stawell and Horsham.
Facilities Services seeks to achieve the following key objectives by tendering to the open market for a Garden Maintenance Master Services Agreement:
• Efficient, effective and timely management of services,
• Present University garden & grounds to the highest quality to the specification
• Provide the University community grounds for their enjoyment and contemplation.
• Value for money

The tender will be broken down to Campuses for the tenderer to select which campus they wish to tender for. This will give the option for an individual contractor to select an individual campus or one company to do several or all campuses. A full specification of works and standards are attached. Campus plans with the level of standard required are appendices to the specification.
