Construction of new pavilion within the Mallacoota Recreation Reserve consisting of change rooms, meeting rooms and spectator areas.

Project has an overall value of approximately $900,000 but will be let as a range of subcontractor opportunities.
Trades sought: Building, plumbing & electrical works.

Project open and close dates are indicative only with projects being subject to final approvals.

Expressions of interest from subcontractors are soon to be called for, with works expected to commence in January 2019. Local trades & businesses are strongly encouraged to apply.
