An exciting cafe operator opportunity! The Latrobe GovHub in Morwell is currently under construction and will be ready for occupation from January 2020. We are looking for a local operator to run the cafe on the ground floor space and service the 300+ workers in the building and wider community. Concept plans have already been developed by our architect ready for you to get in touch to progress the conversation!
