We all have that little voice.

The voice of self-doubt that says: I’m not good enough. I’m not ready. It’s not the right time. I probably won’t get the job anyway. I’m a fraud. What if I fail? What if I succeed? Who am I to do that, be that, try that? Who am I?

Self-doubt, fear of failure, feelings of inadequacy and that dreaded imposter syndrome – it’s all normal.

What matters is how we respond to it.

Stop being your own worst enemy and learn practical skills to help you control your little voice at this special fundraising workshop with Leah Mether.

You will learn:

  • Why self-doubt is normal.
  • How to identify your limiting beliefs and tell yourself a new story.
  • The role of tall poppy syndrome in Australia’s self-doubt culture.
  • Practical strategies for countering feelings of inadequacy and imposter syndrome.
  • The perils of being a people pleaser.
  • How to reframe failure and take action in the face of fear.
  • How body language can help.
