A hands-on course introducing participants to the skills needed to gain employment in a café or coffee shop. Participants will learn about a range of different coffee styles (including cappuccino, café latte and long black), preparing and presenting coffee, as well as using and maintaining an espresso machine. By the end of the course, you will be able to create and serve a professional standard beverage.

Becoming a Barista is a pre-accredited course with a participation certificate awarded on completion of the course.
