Hi, my name is Renee and I am the founder of Mother Deer.

In 2016 I was diagnosed with postnatal depression and anxiety after the birth of my daughter. It was the hardest, darkest time of my life but also the driving force that has led me to create Mother Deer….baby clothes that make a difference.

Mother Deer creates baby clothes featuring positive quotes and my own original artwork to bring an uplifting message into the lives of new mothers.

Mother Deer offers an opportunity for the friends and family of new parents to provide support by buying and gifting our clothing and will become an online resource for new parents, with blog posts and links to mental health organisations.
In the not too distant future, the product range will expand to include children’s & adult clothing, art prints and home wares to enable our message to reach a wider target audience.

With a portion of sales from every item sold being donated to PANDA (the main charity in Australia that supports post natal mental health), Mother Deer isn’t just selling yet another onesie, but baby clothes that make a difference.
