Diverse workplaces across regional Victoria

Connect50 is an exciting new initiative for employers across the Latrobe Valley, Ballarat, Bendigo and Geelong to engage talented university and TAFE students with disability through paid internships. This is a unique opportunity to build disability confidence and capability across your business, tap into a talented pool of candidates with disability and realise the benefits of a more diverse workforce.

Australian Network on Disability (AND) is managing the project which is funded by the Victorian Government as part of its economic participation plan for people with disability 2018-2020. From beginning to end, AND will provide expertise and support to the employers and candidates to ensure positive, accessible, and inclusive experiences. The internships run for a minimum of 152 hours (4 weeks full time) during the Winter and Summer semester breaks. AND is looking for employers who are interested in expanding their talent pool by hosting an intern as part of this project.
