Front Office Position -Permanent – Part Time.
We are looking for the right high performing person to play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
As part of our team, you will have a unique opportunity to learn about the automotive industry, liaise between technicians and customers to provide efficient solutions and work in an inspirational team culture.
The successful applicant will:
– Have confidence in customer service and a high level of communication skills

– Computer literate and able to learn new systems quickly
– Have a high attention to detail and be willing to be held accountable for the responsibilities of their role
– Be well presented
– Hold a valid driver’s licence
Industry experience, a background in customer service or sales is preferred.
Responsibilities will include:
– Contribute to our continuous improvement philosophy
– Customer service duties
– Reception and Administration tasks
– General cleaning
– Occasionally dropping off and picking up customers
And any other activities that serve the team and business as required.
