The Strengthening Business Service is actively working with businesses in East Gippsland Shire that suffered through the 2019-20 Black Summer bushfires. Business facilitators will work with you to strengthen the systems, operations, and strategies of your business. Additionally, they will connect you to the services you need to recover.
This is a free service for bushfire affected small businesses in East Gippsland Shire.
You will have access to a dedicated facilitator who:
- Is a local, independent expert
- Understands East Gippsland
- Can advise on what it takes to run a successful business in East Gippsland
They will work with you to develop a roadmap to navigate the challenges and opportunities your business now faces in the community. You will get a documented plan with strategies and goals to achieve in the immediate, medium and long-term.
To help achieve these goals they can offer access to:
- Extensive Networks
- National Information
- Specialists unique to your business needs
Your facilitator will also be able to provide information about possible funding to help with your recovery.
With this help from your facilitator your business will be stronger, more resilient and better prepared for the future.
