Andy McCarthy, founder and CEO of Gippsland Solar (now RACV Solar) – Andy has built RACV Solar from humble beginnings, to one of Australia’s largest solar providers. A member of numerous committees and Government panels, he is considered one of the country’s foremost experts on the renewable energy industry.

Toni Wakefield, Director of Safetech – Toni is the Commercial Manager and co-founder of Safetech Pty Ltd – the largest Materials Handling Company in Australia, employing more than 100 people around the country. Toni is nationally recognized for her commitment to raising the profile of small business and her support for education.

Tanya Heaney-Voogt, founder and Principle at Wombara Consulting – Tanya holds an MBA and qualifications in Workplace and Business coaching. She is a mentor for the Australasian College of Health Services Managers mentorship program and passionate about helping businesses and organisations invest in their people.
