Gippsland has a new female CEO at Latrobe Valley Enterprises

Local Gippslander, Wendy Bezzina has been selected to head the business and to deliver on LVE’s purpose of providing meaningful employment for people with disabilities.

Wendy will commence in the role today, bringing with her more than 20 years of senior leadership expertise including strategy development, operations and customer service delivery and innovation. LVE Chair Paul Griffin said “Ms Bezzina will be a tremendous asset to the organisation as she brings the vision and values to lead LVE into the future” and he’s “looking forward to a bright and positive outlook with her at the helm”.

“We will benefit not only from her extensive leadership experience but also from her strong desire to improve the community and corporate understanding of the positive impact employing people with disabilities can have on individuals,” Mr Griffin said.

Ms Bezzina has a passion for Gippsland and with her proven leadership and customer relationship skills, she is enthusiastic about promoting the benefits of doing business with Gippsland organisations and supporting positive commercial and social outcomes.
