Friends of the Mitta Annual “Give Back” Day – 26 September

COVID permitting, we will be holding our 4th annual give back day Saturday, Sept 26 in Anglers Rest. Past projects include broom and willow removal, Parks Victoria campground and whitewater launch ramp improvements, access road and potholing, trail maintenance, and more. With close to 100 participants each year, it’s a great day of getting your hands dirty and giving something back to the local riparian habitat, raft camps and park campgrounds.

In the evening we’ll have a fundraiser, complete with live music, margaritas & beer, burritos, fires to sit around and a huge silent auction. Again, depending on Covid restrictions. More later.
